SecuRemote comes free of charge with the purchase of a Firewall-1/virtual private network (VPN)-1 license. SecuRemote offers split tunneling by default, so when a user is connected to the LAN, he or she can also connect to the Internet through his or her Internet service provider (ISP). SecuRemote is a client-side application that allows authenticated users to enter the network to work as though they were directly connected at the office. Several different methods currently exist however, SecuRemote, SecureClient, and SSL Network Extender (SNX) are the most popular.
